Location - Settings

The Villa Cap-Alizé is conveniently located in the "Sud-Caraibe" part of Martinique, right in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Wonderful beach after wonderful beach line up the coast from Cap Marin to Sainte Luce, with Sainte-Anne in the middle, where the sea and the ocean meet each other.

There is something for everybody. Wilderness and untouched landscape on the Atlantic side, golden sand beaches on the Caribbean side, sunsets, sunrises, hiking, snorkeling, scuba diving, buggy rides, local farmers and fish markets, local cuisine, all of this less than 15 min away. The "boulanger" (baker) comes by every day to deliver fresh bread. Just listen to the honk-honk and run outside to stop her.

Rhumeries are also near by (15-20 minutes for the closest) and will offer you free rhum tasting from their AOC (origin controlled) agricultural rhum made from raw sugar canne. Most of them offer visits of the distilleries, so check out for their schedule.
